Upon your arrival at Leh Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. Leh, located at an altitude of 3,000 meters, is known for its breathtaking landscapes and tranquil atmosphere. As you arrive, take the day to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. This rest day is crucial to avoid any altitude sickness and fully enjoy your Ladakh experience. In the evening, you can explore the local area at your leisure. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at your hotel in Leh.
After breakfast, you’ll head out for a full-day sightseeing tour of the Sham Valley. Start by visiting the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a sacred Sikh pilgrimage site nestled in the Himalayas. Next, visit the Magnetic Hill, a famous spot where vehicles appear to roll uphill due to a unique optical illusion. Explore the Confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, where the two rivers meet in a stunning natural display of colors. In the afternoon, head to Likir Monastery, one of Ladakh’s oldest monasteries, known for its impressive architecture and large Buddha statue. Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
After breakfast, begin your journey to Nubra Valley, driving through the world’s highest motorable pass, Khardung La, at 18,390 feet. This pass offers breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and valleys. En route, stop at Diskit Village to visit the Diskit Monastery, which is over 500 years old. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, check in to your camp and relax. In the evening, you can explore the nearby Hunder Village or enjoy a camel safari through the Nubra Desert.
After breakfast, embark on a memorable drive to Siachen Base Camp, the highest battlefield in the world and home to one of the longest mountain glaciers. At the base camp, interact with Indian Army personnel and gain a glimpse into their challenging daily life in this remote and high-altitude environment. On your return journey to Nubra Valley, stop at Panamic Hot Springs, where you can enjoy a relaxing dip in the warm, mineral-rich waters known for their therapeutic properties. Later, drive back to your campsite in Nubra for a peaceful overnight stay surrounded by the valley’s scenic beauty.
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Pangong Lake. You can choose either the Shayok River route or the Wari La route—both offer stunning views of the rugged Ladakh terrain. Upon arrival at Pangong Lake, take some time to appreciate its mesmerizing beauty. The lake, which stretches from India to Tibet, is known for its ever-changing colors and tranquil surroundings. You can take photographs, enjoy the serene landscape, and relax by the lake. Spend the night at a lakeside camp near Pangong.
After breakfast, return to Leh via the same route. On the way, visit the beautiful Thiksey Monastery, famous for its large statue of Maitreya Buddha, and stop at Sindhu Ghat, a serene riverside spot near Shey village.Upon arrival in Leh, check in to your hotel. The evening is at leisure for rest or shopping at the Leh Market. Overnight stay in Leh.
